COMPANY PROFILE

My name is David Stein, I moved to Tomball in 1981. After several years in the parts and service industry in Tomball, I felt there was a need for a trailer parts and repair facility in the Northwest Houston area.

My father and I opened ASAP TRAILER SERVICE & SUPPLY in July of 1997. At this time, there were two trailer sales companies in Tomball both dedicated to trailer sales not service. Soon thereafter, there were four trailer sales companies in the area, then five.

What started as a need was now a demand. Our customer base grew from the local farm and utility trailers to a wide range of trailers. The ever growing number of equestrian customers coupled with the boat and travel trailer market was overwhelming. Therefore in 2003 we expanded from a two bay shop to a seven bay facility in order to keep up with our customers.

In an effort to complete jobs in a timely manner we have always stocked repair parts. Along with the growing demand we have expanded our inventory from the basic repair parts to O.E.M. specialty parts. Parts are available for sale to public should they prefer to do their own repairs.

We have strived to improve and grow to meet our customer service and repair parts needs while continuing to provide personal service. The trailer industry is an always changing. New technologies in manufacturing and repair processes are introduced each year. It is our goal to stay up with these changes to provide the best customer service and the best quality repair for your equipment.

We have always believed, customer service begins with listening. Communication is the key to insuring the job is performed correctly and exactly how the customer expects. We also want to hear feedback from the customer. Whether it is a pat on the back for a job well done or a concern, this feedback allows us to continue providing the type of service our customers demand.
